Additional Features and Benefits:

Priority Scheduling: As a Reddy Paint Armor customer, you'll receive priority scheduling for any repair or touch-up services required during your coverage period.

Inspection: Upon your request, our expert team will perform a complimentary inspection of your covered walls to identify any potential issues before they become significant problems and to help you determine if a Damage Claim is necessary.

Transferable Coverage: If you decide to sell your property during the coverage period, you can transfer the remaining Reddy Paint Armor protection to the new owner, adding value to your home.

Reddy Paint Armor Protects Against:

Damage caused to painted surfaces by children (wall scribbles, scuffs, holes.)

Damage caused to painted surfaces by renters.

Damaged on painted surfaces caused by moving furniture or other general household tasks.

Ceiling staining caused by minor plumbing or roof leaks.

General damage to painted surfaces that naturally occurs over time in lived-in and loved homes.

Policy Exclusions:

Damage due to natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.)

Damage caused by structural issues or settling. (e.g., cracking drywall seams, peeling tape, etc.)

Pre-existing damage or issues present before the Reddy Paint service or in parts of the house not painted in the original contract.

Damage caused by failure to perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and protecting the walls from excessive moisture or humidity. (e.g., mold damage.)

Policy Limitations:

The paint we use will be matched to the original color.  For all paint repairs, we will apply the new paint in the general repair area, but not necessarily the whole wall or ceiling. 

We cannot guarantee the paint will always be a 100% match, as over time, especially in areas that receive direct sunlight through a window, there can be some natural fading that occurs that creates slight color differences noticeable in repairs.

Coverage Period: The coverage period for each warranty tier commences on the date of the completed paint job and extends for the duration specified in the chosen tier: 2 years for Bronze Armor, 5 years for Silver Armor, and 8 years for Gold Armor.

Eligibility: The warranty applies to residential and commercial properties where Reddy Paint has performed interior painting services and the client has purchased a Reddy Armor protection plan. The property owner must purchase a Reddy Paint Armor plan within 30 days of project completion.

Coverage Scope: The warranty covers damage to interior painted surfaces caused by children, renters, general household tasks, and minor plumbing or roof leaks, subject to the specific inclusions and limitations of the selected warranty tier.

Damage Claims: Each Reddy Paint Armor package includes a specific number of Damage Claims, which represent the total number of times a client can request repairs under the plan. Although a Reddy Armor package may offer unlimited pinhole repairs, it does not provide an infinite number of Damage Claims to address those pinholes. Repairs must be carried out during the scheduled Damage Claim visits. Once a customer has utilized the maximum number of Damage Claims included in their Reddy Paint Armor package, they have reached the extent of their protection plan coverage.

Repair Services: Reddy Paint Armor will provide repair services as specified in the chosen warranty tier, including service calls, drywall patches, pinhole repairs, ceiling stain repairs, wall and trim paint touch-ups, and complimentary inspections. Repair services are limited to the general repair area and may not cover the entire wall or ceiling.

Drywall Patch & Repair: The warranty covers the repair of drywall patches up to the specified size and number per plan. Larger patches or additional repairs beyond the included amount will incur additional charges.

Ceiling Stain Repairs: The warranty covers the repair of ceiling stains up to the specified number per plan. Additional repairs beyond the included amount will incur additional charges. Drywall damage beyond 12” x 12” and mold remediation is not included in any plan.

Paint Matching: Reddy Paint will match the original paint color for all repairs. However, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed due to potential color differences caused by natural fading or other factors.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, structural issues or settling, pre-existing damage or issues, or damage resulting from the failure to perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and protecting the walls from excessive moisture or humidity. It also doesn’t include repairs or touch-ups to stained surfaces, or cabinets.

Limitations: Reddy Paint Armor reserves the right to determine the scope of repair services required and the necessity of such services based on the specific circumstances and condition of the painted surfaces. Repairs and services may be subject to additional limitations at Reddy Paint’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability: Reddy Paint's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, touch-up, or replacement of the defective work within the coverage period. Reddy Paint shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Claims: To request repair services under the warranty, customers must contact Reddy Paint within the coverage period and provide proof of purchase, details, and photos of the damage, and any relevant supporting documentation. Reddy Paint may require an inspection of the damage before authorizing repair services.

Transfer of Coverage: The warranty is transferable to a new property owner if the property is sold during the coverage period. The original property owner must notify Reddy Paint in writing of the transfer within 30 days of the property sale.

Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Reddy Paint Armor service was provided.

Amendments: Reddy Paint Armor reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this warranty at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will apply only to warranties purchased after the effective date of the amendment or modification.

By purchasing a Reddy Paint Armor plan, the property owner agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
